    • 3 Arbakis killed or wounded as ranger destroyed in Takhar

    TAKHAR, July. 21 – Reports arriving from northern Takhar province state that a ranger pickup belonging to Arbakis was destroyed by a Mujahideen surprised attack in Kaka Balaq area of Ashkimish district  late afternoon today, killing a gunman on the spot and wounding 2 others.
