3 Arbakis killed in northern Balkh province  

BALKH, Nov. 3 – Two Arbakis were killed and a commander heading a post was badly wounded after they were sniped by a sniper of the Islamic Emirate outside the post in Shortifa district of northern province of Balkh last night, while an Arbaki was shot dead in Chahar Bolak district of the province in a similar attack on Thursday evening.
