    BALKH, Nov. 19 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked a post belonging to militia in Chamtal district of Balkh province, triggering a firefight that led to the deaths of 3 Arbakis including 2 commanders while a further 9 received injuries in the fighting.
