3 APCs, ranger destroyed in Naish, casualties caused

KANDAHAR, Mar. 10 – According to reports arriving from Naish district of southern Kandahar province, at around 1:00 pm local time yesterday, an enemy reinforcement convoy that was transferring tools to the under siege district center came under a Mujahideen attacks in Ghanigi area of the said district, destroying 2 APCs, killing and wounding all gunmen abroad.
Similarly, another APC was destroyed early this morning, and a ranger pickup early Wednesday in the said area of the same convoy, killing and wounding several gunmen inside.
Enemy’s convoy is still trapped by Mujahideen while the said district center and police headquarter is under tight besiege of Mujahideen.
