 KUNDUZ, Dec. 11 – At least 8 enemy military personnel were killed and 4 officers including a commander were taken captives as the Mujahideen took over a military post from the enemy in Khanabad district of Kunduz province.

A sizable amount of arms and ammunition consisting of 7 Kalashnikov machine guns, 3 PK heavy machine guns, 1 M16 rifle, 1 RPG rocket, 1 motor cannon and ammo.

In another report from Kunduz province, 4 puppets were killed and 3 more were wounded in a clash with Mujahideen in Imam Sahib district of the province.

Separately, an enemy soldier was shot dead as he was standing guard outside a post in Qala-e-Zal district of Kunduz province.

According to reports from northern Balkh province, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized a combat post from the enemy in Chamtal district of Balkh province, killing 7 Arbakis and leaving an Arbaki commander wounded.

Similarly, Mujahideen seized from the enemy 3 heavy machine guns, 2 Kalashnikovs, 1 RPG rocket, 1 mortar cannon and ammo.

Furthermore, 8 enemy soldiers were killed and 2 more were wounded with 2 tanks destroyed when Mujahideen attacked an enemy post, whereas 1 policeman was killed and 2 vehicles were destroyed in bomb attacks in Mazar-e-Sharif city, the capital of Balkh province.
