29 killed, 13 injured in northern Afghanistan

 BALKH, Jan. 18 – At least 15 enemy personnel were killed and 4 more were wounded with 2 tanks and 1 vehicle destroyed in a series of Mujahideen attacks in Khas Balkh district of Balkh province, while a post too came under.

In another report, a tank was destroyed in a bomb attack in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province. There is, however, no casualty toll reported.

Furthermore, 4 enemy personnel were killed and 2 more were wounded with a vehicle destroyed elsewhere in the said district of Balkh province.

In a report from northern Takhar province, 10 enemy soldiers were killed and 7 more were wounded in Darqad district and the provincial capital of Takhar province.
