BAGHLAN, Jan. 25 – In Baghlan province, northern Afghanistan 24 joint enemy military personnel consisting of army, police and militia have changed side to the Islamic Emirate.

The surrender came in Pol-e-Khomri district of the province as a result of the effort made by the Commission of Dawat wal Irashad (recruitment and retention).

In another report from Baghlan, a triable elder joined Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of northern Baghlan province on Friday.

In a report from Kunar province, 3 enemy military personnel joined Mujahideen in Asmar district of Kunar province on Friday.

In a report from eastern Nangarhar province, 1 enemy soldier joined Mujahideen in Shirzad district of eastern Nangarhar province on Friday.

According to a report from northern Takhar province, Mujahideen intercepted a vehicle filled with alcoholic drink in Dasht-e-Kala district, Takhar province on Friday.

Mujahideen recovered 160 bottle of wine from the vehicle and destroyed them.
