274 families receive assistance in Zabul

ZABUL, Dec. 29 – In Shah Joy, Mezana, Arghandab districts and capital Qalat, of Zabul province, with the financial support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and in collaboration with HRDA and WAW; Cash assistance and winter aid items were distributed to needy families.

This year, UNHCR has provided cash assistance to 900 needy (internally displaced, local poor) families through the Winter Assistance Program.
