25 military units fall to Mujahideen; 20 killed  

BADAKHSHAN,June 19 – In northern Badakhshan province,S Darayim district, 9 combat posts and a large area were taken over from the enemy the other night.

Three enemy personnel were killed and scores of them sustained injury.

Similarly, a large area was cleared of the enemy and 2 posts emptied by the enemy due to Mujahideen attacks in Yawan and Kishm districts of northern Badakhshan province.

One enemy personnel was killed and 4 more were wounded in the operations.

In a report from northern Kunduz province, Mujahideen seized control of a major military base in the provincial capital of Kunduz province, killing and wounding a dozen of the enemy personnel, while destroying 7 tanks and 1 vehicle and capturing from the enemy a large amount of arms and ammo with several tanks and military vehicles.

Likewise, 1 military unit was abandoned by the enemy as a result of Mujahideen attacks in Mardain district of northern Jowzjan province.

In Kapisa province, 2 posts were emptied by the enemy in the capital of Kapisa and its Tagab district.

In Logar province, the enemy left 4 military posts unoccupied and fled in Mohammad Agha district of Logar province.

In reports from Nangarhar province, 3 posts were taken over by Mujahideen in Hisarak district of Nangarhar province in which 5 puppets were killed, while 6 Arbakis were killed after a post was taken over from the enemy in Spin Ghar district of the province in which Mujahideen also captured arms and ammo from the enemy.

Furthermore, Mujahideen fighters forced the enemy to empty one of their posts in Patan district of Paktia province.

At least 5 puppets were killed and another 5 were wounded, whereas 2 enemy soldiers were captured with arms and ammunition of various kinds.

Similarly, 1 post was overrun in Mirzaka district of Paktia province in which 3 puppets were killed, while 1 post was taken over in Ahmad Khel district of the province in which 2 puppets were killed.
