    •  PAKTIA, June 9 – Two roadside bomb blasts blew up 2 of the enemy vehicles in Barmal district of southeastern Paktia province, killing 8 puppets and leaving 4 more wounded.


    In Zurmat district, 6 puppets were killed and 1 tank was destroyed in two separate attacks.

    Also in Zurmat district, 2 posts were overrun and 6 puppets were killed in an operation, while 2 more were captured.

    In reports from neighboring Khost province, 3 enemy personnel were killed and 2 more were wounded in a bomb attack, whie 2 policemen were killed when Mujahideen targeted a post in the provincial capital of Khost province.
