24 killed, 11 injured in Wardak attacks

WARDAK, Apr. 2 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate launched attacks on the enemy unit in Jalriz district of Wardak province, triggering violent fighting that led to the deaths of 10 enemy military personnel and 5 more received wounds.

A day earlier, Mujahideen killed 9 enemy personnel and left 2 tanks destroyed during a nighttime operation in said district.

In the province’s Chak district, 2 puppets were killed and 3 more were wounded in attacks on the post and another one was killed in a bomb attack in the said district, while 1 enemy soldier was taken down and another one was wounded in the provincial capital of Wardak province.

Two enemy soldiers received injuries in an attack on a post in Syed Abad district of the province and 1 was killed in a similar attack Nirkh district of the province.
