BALKH, Apr. 22 – In Balkh province’s five districts, 23 enemy personnel have switched sides to the Islamic Emirate. The surrender came in Deh Dadi, Charkint, Chahar Bolak, and Chamtal districts of the province. One enemy personnel joined Mujahideen in Faizabad district of northern Jowzjan province.
