23 held on various charges across the nation

KABUL, Oct. 21 – The police have arrested 23 suspects in Laghman, Baghlan, Helmand, Balkh, Uruzgan, Parwan, Kandahar and Takhar provinces in connection with theft, forgery of documents, smuggling and farming, says ministry of interior.

According to details, a suspect has been held in Laghman on charges of forgery of documents and four in connection with theft, four thieves Baghlan, two thieves in Helmand and two on iron smuggling, four farmers in Balkh, two thieves in Uruzgan, two thieves in Parwan and two in Kandahar and Takhar provinces.
