JOWZJAN, Apr. 9 – The Islamic Emirate launched a series of attacks on the enemy installations in Darzab district of northern Jowzjan province early Saturday, sparking off a violent fighting that lasted through much of the day in which Mujahideen seized 4 military posts, according to Al-Emarah News reports.

At least 10 puppets including an Arbaki commander were killed in the ensuing firefights, while Mujahideen captured from the enemy 6 Kalashnikov rifles, 2 PK heavy machine guns and ammo, it added.

Al-Emarah News separately said as many as 12 puppets were killed in a deadliest fighting after Mujahideen counterattacked the enemy offensive in Faizabad distict of northern Jowzjan province on Saturday.

Four puppets are said to have been captured in wounded conditions in the operation.

Similarly, Mujahideen seized from the enemy 1 vehicle, 2 motorbikes, 3 Kalashnikov rifles, 2 PK heavy machine guns, 1 rocket and a good deadly of ammo.
