     JOWZJAN, June 8 – At least 8 enemy personnel were killed and 13 more were taken captives when Mujahideen seized an enemy base in Faizabad district of northern Jowzjan province.

    Also in Faizabad district, 7 puppets were killed and 12 were arrested when Mujahideen seized 1 base and 3 posts.

    Mujahideen seized from the enemy’s possession 2 tanks, 12 (M16) rifles, 6 PK heavy machine guns, 1 mortar cannon, 1 artillery gun, 2 RPG  rockets and 1 Kalashnikov machine gun.

    Similarly, 6 puppets were killed when Mujahideen took over 2 of the enemy posts in Aqcha district of the province.
