    BALKH, Sep. 14 – A new multi story building for the Central Bank (Da Afghanistan Bank) in the northern zone has been constructed, at a cost of more than 37 million Afghans, in Mazar-i-Sharif of Balkh province. High ranking Officials of the Bank and provincial members inaugurated today the building.

    PARWAN, Sep. 14 – Cash, food, and shelter assistance was distributed to 462 poor and flood-affected families in Parwan province. According to local officials, cash assistance of  12,300 AFN  were distributed to 204 poor families, and food and shelter materials were distributed to 258 families affected by the floods in the province.

    PAKTIA, Sep. 14 – As many as 1550 destitute and needy families received food aid in Paktia province.
