    WARDAK, Jun. 20 – As many as 20 different projects worth 4,634,379 AFN have been completed and commissioned in Saydabad and Jaghatu districts of Maidan Wardag province by coordination of the Department of Rural Reconstruction and Development, with the financial assistance of the CDCS Foundation and with the technical cooperation of the International Solidarity Foundation.

     

    The mentioned projects include 15 retaining wells and rehabilitation of 5 springs, upon completion of which 588 families gained access to clean drinking water while health packages were distributed to 157 families.

    It is worth mentioning that hundreds of workers were provided work during the construction of these projects.
