KABUL, Jan. 26 – Security forces of the 16th police district of Kabul have arrested two people on the charge of car theft, says Kabul police command..
According to Mawlawi ali Ahmad Mubariz the head police of PD16 these robbers had stolen two cars after they interned a compound and tied the owner from the Sark Bala area of Kabul.
The perpetrators have been arrested by police and their file will be forwarded to relevant department after necessary investigation.
