2 sniped, check post overrun in Badghis

BADGHIS, Dec. 24 – A hireling check post in Qali Zardak area of Dara Boom district came under a Mujahideen attacks overnight, forcing the enemy to flee after taking heavy fatalities while seizing a motorbike, 5 boxes of ammunition and other war equipment.

Separately, a gunman was killed and another one wounded after being sniped in Abgarmak area of Ghormach district early last night.
