2 killed, police headquarters hit with missiles

PAKTIA, Sept. 2 – On Thursday Mujahideen struck the police headquarters in the provincial capital of Paktia province with missiles, a report said but gave no further information.

In another report, there were clashes between Mujahideen and the enemy elsewhere in Gardiz city, the provincial capital of Paktia province but it is unclear if anyone has been killed or wounded.

Separately, two minions were shot and killed following an attack by Mujahideen on the police post in Zurmat district of Paktia province on Thursday.

Furthermore, the police station was shelled in Chamkani district of the province. No casualties have been confirmed.
