2 killed in Helmand operations

HELMAND, Oct. 01 – A hireling trooper was shot and killed on the spot along the road to Sangin district in Amanullah Karez area of Gerishk district earlier today. Separately, a gunman has been killed after an enemy patrol bombed in Hasan Kala area of Washir district earlier today.
