KANDAHAR, Jun. 15 – Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate carried out attacks of heavy and light arms on a hireling post in Shadi Khak area of Maruf district last midnight. According to details, gunfight continued for about an hour, forcing the enemy to flee leaving 2 corpses, 2 rangers, 4 motorbikes, 1 Dshk, 3 rifles, 3 RPG launchers, 6 AK machine guns, 1 pistol and other military tools behind on the battle ground. A gunman was also arrested alive in the operation.
