HERAT, Feb. 27 – A countryman resident of Parchaman district of Farah province was freed from the hands of kidnappers in Bakht Abad area of Shindand district and the 2 kidnappers were arrested earlier today. Their case has been forwarded to the judicial commission of Islamic Emirate for further proceedings. Meanwhile, a hireling trooper was killed and others were forced to flee after Mujahideen attacked an enemy patrol in Pusht Shahr area of the said district.
