2 enemy centers, 3 compounds overrun in Tarinkot

URUZGAN, Oct. 06 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’, Islamic Emirate’s heroic Mujahideen carried out large scale offensive operation against enemy positions in the surroundings of capital Tarinkot last night.
Attack continued till early morning hours, resulting in 2 permanent hireling centers and 3 compounds turned check posts overrun, leaving around 15 puppets killed or hurt.
A motorbike, 14 RPG rounds and other war equipment was confiscated in the operation.
The said area has strategic importance as some of the key enemy commander’s compounds are located here and Tarinkot airbase is also very close, thus siege of the capital is tightened even further.
