    HERAT, Dec. 27 – Security forces have arrested two suspects on charge of smuggling dollars outside the country, said ministry of interior in a statement. Details say Herat Police have arrested two people who were trying to smuggle 80,000 US dollars to Iran, from PD5 and PD9 of Herat city on Tuesday.
