18 posts including key base overrun as clashes underway in Tarinkot

URUZGAN, Sep. 08 – At noon hours today, 4 enemy check posts were overrun after their resident troops surrendered to Mujahideen, bringing the whole area of upper Derwishan under the control of Mujahideen, says a latest report.
Over 10 assortments of various weapons and other war equipment was recovered from the posts.

Report adds as many as 14 enemy check posts including a strategic base on Dehrawod road have been overrun since early this morning, forcing the enemy to flee after suffering heavy casualties. This brings a large area of the capital up to Murchi area of Dehrawod district under the control of Mujahideen.
Enemy claims of martyring about 250 Mujahideen are absolutely baseless.

In the said gunfight tens of ANA, police, arbakis have been killed, wounded and several surrendered.
Only 5 Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate have been martyred and 3 others wounded in the entire operation so far.
