178 Needy Families Receive Assistance in Panjshir

PANJSHIR, Oct. 21 – As many as 178 needy families received humanitarian aid in Panjshir.

The aid which is provided by the “DRC, UNICEF, and WFP” organizations, has been distributed through Panjshir Directorate of Refugees and Repatriation.

According to Mohammad Raha Abrar, the head of Panjshir’s Refugees and Repatriation, the aid include cash, food, and household items for needy families.

Meanwhile, the mentioned families also received 14,000 in cash from the “DRC” organization, a number of food items including flour, cooking oil, peas, soap, baby food, biscuits, and salt from the “WFP” and supplies of the house items by “WSTA” organization as well.

Officials appreciate the humanitarian aid of the mentioned organizations and demanded its development and continuation for the residents of Panjshir.
