BAGHLAN, Feb. 17 – Twelve enemy military personnel including army, police and militia have changed side to the Islamic Emirate in Baghlan province of northern Afghanistan.

The surrender came due to the efforts of the commission of Dawat-wal-Irshsad (recruitment & retention) in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of northern Baghlan province.

Similarly, an Arbaki joined Mujahideen with his weapon in Chamkani district of Paktia province on Sunday.

In reports from northern Badakhshan province, 4 enemy personnel joined Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Tiskhan district of northern Badakhshan province.
