    • 17 Arbakis change side to Islamic Emirate

    JOWZJAN, Mar. 4 – Al-Emarah News said 17 Arbakis of local militia laid down arms to change side to Islamic Emirate in northern Jowzjan province of Afghanistan. The surrender came in Khan Aqa district of the aforesaid province, while another Arbaki joined up with Mujahideen in Darzab district of this province on Friday.
