FARYAB, Oct. 15 – According to latest reports arriving from Chilgazy district of Faryab province, a heavy gunfight broke out after Mujahideen foiled enemy offensive in Chichako and Chahar Shanbey areas early this morning. Gunfight is said to be still ongoing, so far 13 puppets including commander Najmuddin have been killed with further 3 seriously wounded. Meanwhile, a hireling tank has been destroyed by IED attack and a ranger by RPG fire, while Mujahideen suffered no casualties during the operation.
