15 killed as 3 APCs destroyed in Helmand

HELMAND, Dec. 22 – According to reports from Sangin district of southern Helmand province, at 4:00 pm local time on Wednesday hireling troops came under a Mujahideen bombing and followed by an intense fire of heavy and light weapons that went till early night hours, during which 3 APCs were destroyed, leaving 15 puppets killed on the spot most of which left on the battle ground.
It is said that as many as 6 AK rifles, 1 heavy machine gun, 1 RPG launcher, 1 pistol and other war tool were taken as booty while Mujahideen suffered no casualties by grace of Almighty Allah.
