15 killed and wounded as convoy repelled in Tarinkot

URUZGAN, Jul. 13 – Officials say, at least 15 enemy personnel were killed and wounded amid a gunfight with an enemy convoy in Cholengar and Kotwalo areas of capital Tarinkot overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms forcing the enemy to flee after sustain heavy casualties mentioned above.
An enemy APC was also destroyed while fleeing the area by a roadside bomb blast.
It is said that gunfight is still ongoing in the area the details of which will be updated later.
