    BALKH, Mar. 18 – In Balkh province of northern Afghanistan 15 enemy military personnel joined have changed side to the Islamic Emirate. The surrender came in 4 district of the province including Dowlat Abad, Kaldar, Khas Balkh and Chamtal districts of Balkh province.
