14 puppets killed, 15 injured in Paktika  operations

PAKTIKA, Aug. 19 – Al-Emarah News says as many as 11 puppets have been killed at least 13 more suffered wounds in a series of Mujahideen attacks in Gomal district of Paktika province.

On Friday, Mujahideen carried out attacks and bombings on the enemy convoy in the said district, destroying 3 tanks and 2 military vehicles in addition to inflicting the deaths and injuries on the enemy while forcing the enemy to retreat.

Ghulam, an officer of the Special Forces was among the dead and Raz Mohammad another officer was among those wounded in Friday’s attacks.

Early Saturday, an officer and three of his soldiers were killed and two others were wounded when the vehicle carrying them was targeted by Mujahideen IEDs in Gomal district of this province.
