BALKH, Apr. 16 – The enemy offensives ended in rout following Mujahideen resistance that led to fighting lasting through much of Wednesday in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province resulting in the death of as many as 14 enemy joint personnel while a further 16 suffered casualties including deputy commander in the fighting.
A commander was among those killed in Wednesday’s operation.
In another report, three of the enemy posts came under attacks in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province, causing the fatal losses. A Mujahid fighter was also wounded in the fighting.
