14-day tour of Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) to northern provinces concludes

On the 24th of Safar-ul-Muzaffar in the year 1446 AH (corresponding to the 7th of Sunbolah in the year 1403 AH), the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) embarked on a journey to the northern and northwestern provinces. These provinces, including Herat, Badghis, Faryab, Jawzjan, Sarpul, Balkh, Samangan, Baghlan, Kunduz, Takhar, and Badakhshan, were visited individually. Meetings were held with religious scholars and all provincial officials.

This trip, undertaken by governors, police chiefs, intelligence heads, corps commanders, and other high-ranking officials of these provinces, was conducted via land transportation. The esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) called upon the general populace to prioritize unity, solidarity, brotherhood, and the implementation of Sharia laws. He urged them to stand united alongside the Islamic system, as they had during the past two decades of occupation.

In his addresses to scholars and officials, the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) emphasized the scholars’ role in guiding the people with accurate and truthful statements, while officials were instructed to uphold justice, enforce Sharia regulations, and consider general amnesty and encouraged former government employees to return to Afghanistan and lead honorable lives, emphasizing that true honor lies within one’s homeland.

All officials and Mujahideen were instructed to honor the families of martyrs, disabled individuals, Mujahideen, and ordinary Afghans by providing education and training for their children, offering facilities, and ensuring that people are not inconvenienced in government institutions. He called on officials to take notice of all those countrymen who provided you shelter for the night in their homes, acknowledging their willingness to face risks for both themselves and their families to ensure your safety, resulting in the martyrdom of numerous families due to bombings or nocturnal raids.

During the journey, the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) visited the Al-Farooq, Al-Fath, and Umari corps, as well as various religious schools, mosques, and revered locations. He offered prayers for the souls of martyrs at their gravesites.

The tour concluded on the 8th of Rabi al-Awwal, corresponding to the 21st of Sunbola of the year 1403 AH.
