14 arrested on sale of drugs, 3 drug factories discovered

KABUL, July. 06 – The anti-narcotics police discovered three drug factories in seven provinces and arrested 14 people in connection with drug trafficking, sale and use, says ministry of interior.

According to details, a drug factory and 5 drug dealers held from Kabul province, 4 suspects in connection with drug sales from Khost province, one from Takhar province, 3 from Saripul province in connection with the use and sale of narcotics, and 10 packets of opium-type narcotics were discovered in Samangan province and one person was arrested in connection with it.

Similarly, the anti-narcotics police discovered two drug factories in Shahrak district of Ghor province and discovered and burned 116,000 kilograms of drugs.
