    • 137 needy families receive assistance in Laghman

    LAGHMAN, Mar. 29 – Mawlawi Ghulam-ur-Rehman Bilal Haqqani, Director of Refugee Affairs in Laghman inaugurated the distribution of cash assistance to needy, destitute, widow, and orphans in Laghman provinces. Details say each needy family is given 14000 AFN of cash assistance.
