KABUL, Jan. 24 – The police have arrested a 13-member band of thieves in PD11 of Kabul, said Kabul Police Command.
According to Abdul Qadir Umari the group had fraudulently bought 50 thousand US dollars from a national businessman, and were caught red-handed after informing the security forces.
These criminal files will be handed over to relevant bodies after preliminary investigations.
