SARIPUL, Nov. 23 – The Afghan Red Crescent society (ARCS) in series of aid distribution across the country this time provided food aid to 400 needy families in different villages of Sayad District, Sarpul Province.
The aid consist of 100 kg of flour, 24.5 kg of rice, 8 kg of beans, 10 liters of oil, 5 kg of sugar, 2 kg of salt, 1 kg of tea and a packet of BP5 biscuits for each family.
It is to be noted that the Afghan Red Crescent provided similar assistance to 800 families in Gosfandi and Saeed Abad districts of the same province a ciuple of days ago.
