KANDAHAR, Apr. 13 – Amid ongoing – Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen attacked enemy reinforcement convoy intending to reach under siege district center of Maiwand district midday on Thursday.
Attacks of heavy and light arms lasted till 9:00 pm local time, resulting in a Kamaz truck, 1 carne, 4 APCs and 3 ranger pickups destroyed killing and wounding all gunmen inside, forcing the rest to flee leaving 12 corpses, 2 rangers, 1 Dshk, 1 mortar tube, 1 Kalashnikov and a sizable amount of other military tools behind on the battle ground.
Enemy has brutally martyred a minor after he refused to guide them.
