12 killed and wounded as 3 APCs destroyed in Nahr Siraj

HELMAND, Aug. 29 – Reports say Mujahideen carried out an attack on combined enemy troops of ANP and ANA arriving Shindak Manda with APCs and several vehicles area for the making a new check post overnight.
During attack 3 enemy APCs were destroyed by IED attacks, leaving 12 gunmen killed or hurt inside and forcing the rest to flee.
It is to mention that a tank and an APC were also destroyed and 11 gunmen killed or hurt late yesterday in the said area.
