PAKTIA, June 12 – The Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen seized an enemy post in Gardiz city, the capital of Paktia province yesterday night, killing 6 policemen and capturing 2 more, while a number of the enemy personnel were also wounded.
Mujahideen recovered from the post 6 Kalashnikov machine guns, 2 PK heavy machine guns, 2 RPG rockets and ammunition.
In another report from Paktia, at least 6 joint enemy personnel were killed and 2 more were wounded with a tank destroyed when Mujahideen attacked the enemy military convoy in Syed Karam district of Paktia province late Tuesday night. Two Mujahideen fighters also embraced martyrdom in last night’s operation. An Arbaki commander was among those killed in the fighting.
