12 gunmen killed and wounded as post overrun in Samangan

SAMANGAN, May. 09 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on a hireling check post in Bala Taqcha Kotal area of Dara Sawf district on Friday night, overrunning the post after killing 7 puppets woundingn5 others and seizing 2 rifles, 1 PK machine gun, 1 communication radio and other equipment.

Later on Mujahideen ambushed enemy reinforcement arriving the scene, during which a tank was destroyed, however no casualties were reported.
