AFGHANISTAN, Sep. 13 – National Police has arrested 12 people for theft, illegal weapons and kidnapping during various investigations Laghman, Herat, Paktia and Helmand provinces. According to details case of the accused persons have been handed over to the relevant agency after preliminary investigations.
