117 killed and wounded, 13 tanks and vehicles destroyed as martyr attack hits convoy in Helmand

HELMAND, Jun. 22 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Masnouri’, a heroic martyred seeking Mujahid – Bashir Ahmad Helmandi – detonated his explosive laden vehicle on a large enemy convoy of ANP, ANA and NDS personnel that arrived a bank in capital Lashkargah for taking their salaries midday today.
Initial details suggest that 73 puppets have been killed, 44 others wounded, 6 tanks and 7 ranger pickups have been destroyed.
In that moment civilians were not allowed in the bank while only military and other enemy personnel were there for getting their pays.
