BAGHLAN, Nov. 22 –Mujahideen fighters killed 6 policemen and 5 more were taken captives when Mujahideen took over a military base from the enemy in Pol-i-Khomri district of Baghlan province.

Mujahideen seized from the enemy’s possession 8 Kalashnikov machine guns, 2 PK heavy machine guns, 2 RPG rockets, 1 Humvee tank and ammunition of heavy and light arms.

In a report from northern Jowzjan province, 3 Arbakis including a commander were killed when Mujahideen seized an enemy post in Faizabad district of Jowzjan province.

Similarly, 5 Kalashnikov rifles, 1 heavy machine gun and ammo were seized from the enemy.

In a report from northern Balkh province, an enemy soldier was shot dead while on guard duty outside a base in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province, while 3 more were injured with a vehicle destroyed in bomb attacks in Mazar-e-Sharif city, the capital of Balkh province.

In another report, an Arbaki commander was killed in a bomb attack in Kaldar district of Balkh province.
