PAKTIA, Aug. 21 – A roadside bomb blast killed 1 Arbaki and left another injured in Ahmad Khel district of Paktia on Sunday, while Mujahideen attacked the enemy base with heavy weapons later on Sunday but the casualty toll inflicted on the enemy is unclear.
Also Sunday, Mujahdieen clashed with the enemy in Jani Khel district of the province, leaving 3 puppets injured.
In another report from Paktia, the district police chief and his gunmen were badly wounded in a roadside bomb explosion targeting the vehicle carrying them in Ahmad Abad district of this province on Sunday.
Furthermore, 9 policemen were killed and an addition 4 suffered wounds with 3 vehicles destroyed when Mujahideen carried out bomb attacks on thee enemy in the limits of Gardiz city, the capital of Paktia province on Sunday.
Likewise, 3 policemen were killed with a vehicle destroyed in a clash with Mujahideen elsewhere in Gardiz city in which a Mujahid fighter too suffered casualty.
