11 including key commanders killed, 7 wounded in Marjah

HELMAND, Jan. 01 – According to reports, Mujahideen attacked ANA, ANP and Arbakis troops arriving Koro Charrahi, Darab Charrahi and Haji Haidar terminal areas of Marjah district for operation with help of their foreigner aggressors on Sunday.

During gunfight an enemy APC was destroyed by an IED attack and 2 others bombing blow up enemy troops while a Mujahideen post that was pr-planned for bombing was detonated after enemy troops entered there, killing 11 puppets including a commander of 4^th corps – Esmatullah Barakzai – and leaving 7 others seriously wounded.

4 Mujahideen combatants are said to have been wounded and 2 others have embraced martyrdom in the operation.
