JOWJAN, Oct. 31 –Al- Emarah News said 11 Arbakis belonging to local militia switched side to the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen in the provincial capital of Jowzjan province. The group handed over to Mujahideen 13 Kalashnikovs, 1 PK heavy machine gun with ammo and 5 motorcycles.
